Get ready, Milan! Europe’s top international comedian, Ram Arangi, is bringing his hilarious solo English comedy special “White Savior” to the city. This unique and top-tier satirical comedy explores the question: “Why does an Indian want to be the white savior for Europe?” Growing up in South India, Ram witnessed many “white saviors” who traveled to his hometown to “find themselves” and “save” his people. Fast forward 15 years, after living on three continents, Ram has realized that the time has come for a brown man to step up and become a “White Savior.” What made him realize this? And how will he take action? Join us at Slow Mill Milano on February 8 to find out!

About Ram Arangi:
Ram Arangi, 26, is rapidly making a name for himself across the European comedy circuit. As a prolific traveling comedian, he has headlined sold-out tours in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, and Denmark. A globetrotting immigrant who grew up in five countries, Ram combines personal, political, and side-splittingly funny comedy.

Ram has featured on BBC Radio as one of the exciting independent comedians on the rise and was also spotlighted on the world-famous Flagrant podcast by Andrew Schulz. His last two comedy specials received critical acclaim at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, with 30 back-to-back shows. Ram’s rise in the comedy scene was also highlighted in the book “Voci Audaci” by Milan-based author Lorenza Acquarone, where Ram was credited as one of the new-age Indian comedians using comedy to challenge the status quo.
